Collector's Office is responsible for the collection of personal property and real estate taxes, and other town fees such as the annual Trash Bill. The Collector's office can address questions dealing with how your tax bill was computed. If you have a question on how your property was assessed (its value used to compute how much tax you will pay), though, you need to contact the Assessor's Office.
